Global Sales Motion offer pragmatic hands-on advice for establishing and sharpening Global Account Management programs and organizations. We work with small- and medium sized firms that want to grow business with global customers and climb the value chain. In addition we support multi-nationals that are transforming their sales organization and reach a more effective global sales force. Our focus is Total Account Management, making a globally distributed sales force work as one joint team, putting the pieces of all involved in complex B2B sales together.

More than 25 years of global experience from IT and Telecom. Lived and worked in Sweden, Egypt, UK, Mexico and the Netherlands. Travelled extensively to Russia and Ukraine for four years. 

Main competencies:

  • Running global sales organizations and leading multi-country account teams.
  • Establishing new business lines and winning new customers.
  • Line and project management. More than twenty years with responsibility for up to 1900 people.
  • Assessor of Key Account Managers
